Prohibition of Real Money Gambling

Fortuneparlourclub Lounge & Poker Room is strictly a social poker venue. No real money gambling, cash betting, or monetary payouts are permitted on the premises. All poker activities are designed for entertainment and social engagement only.

To maintain this standard, every game follows a clear set of non-monetary practices:

  • All poker games are played with custom souvenir poker chips that have no cash value.
  • Players compete for tournament ranking points and friendly trophies only.
  • No currency symbols or monetary transactions are involved in any poker activity.
  • No exchange, redemption, or conversion of souvenir chips for cash, prizes, or any item of monetary value is permitted.

Any attempt to introduce real-money wagering, side bets, or cash exchanges will result in immediate removal from the venue and may lead to a permanent ban.

Expected Conduct

All visitors to Fortuneparlourclub Lounge & Poker Room are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Our venue is located at 19 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia, and every guest contributes to the refined atmosphere we maintain.

  • Dress code: smart casual attire is required at all times.
  • No outside food or beverages may be brought into the venue.
  • Respect other guests and staff at all times, including during poker play and dining service.
  • Follow all instructions from venue staff regarding poker table etiquette, seating, and safety procedures.
  • Mobile phones must be silenced in the poker lounge; discreet use is permitted in designated areas only.

Failure to comply with these conduct rules may result in a warning, suspension of venue access, or permanent exclusion, at the sole discretion of venue management.

Booking Terms

Reservations for poker tables and dining can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend reserving in advance for weekend and evening sessions.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or release of the table, depending on demand. All deposits are applied to the final bill unless a booking is cancelled within the required notice period.

Limitation of Liability

Fortuneparlourclub Lounge & Poker Room is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or venue, except as required by law. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

We do not guarantee the availability of poker tables or dining services at all times. We are not responsible for personal belongings brought onto the premises. All activities are undertaken at your own risk, including participation in poker games, dining, and any events hosted at the venue.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
